Prepare the Package

Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

Affix the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
