How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Wintergreen Essential Oil is extremely potent and extra care must be taken when using topically. Do not apply to broken or sensitive skin and never use undiluted. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Massage
Dilute Wintergreen Oil with your favourite carrier oil to create warming body massage oil, ideal for use post workout. We love Grapeseed #210 or Apricot Kernel #204.

Aromatherapy
Add a few drops of Wintergreen Essential Oil to your diffuser or burner and let the penetrating aroma revive and rejuvenate the senses. Wintergreen can provide a minty top note to essential oil blends.

DIY Projects
Wintergreen can be used in your homemade formulations to create your own soaps, massage oils, heat balm, body oils and many more.
