How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Aromatherapy
Use the essential oil note guide to help you create your own citrus blends to use in your diffuser or burner. The possibilities are endless, experiment and fill your house with a zesty scent. Add 4-5 drops to your diffuser to awaken the senses!
