How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Massage
Dilute Star Anise in a carrier oil of your choice and combine with other essential oils to create your very own personalised massage oil blend. We love Almond Sweet #215 and Apricot Kernel #204 as the base carrier oils for the essential oils.

Aromatherapy
Add a couple of drops to your diffuser or burner and enjoy the exotic, spicy aroma of Star Anise.

Household Hack
Bring an old potpourri back to life by adding a couple of drops of Star Anise. Try adding it with your other favourite essential oils to rejuvenate and revive potpourri and fill the room with a beautiful aroma.

In the Bath
For a relaxing spa experience at home, dilute Star Anise with one of our carrier oils and add to your warm bath. The spicy aroma will help you feel relaxed and the carrier oil will leave your skin silky soft. Win, win!
