How to use

Dilution
Dilute at a ratio of 0.6% for leave on products as Lemongrass can cause skin sensitivity and phototoxicity when you exceed this recommended limit. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.

Massage
Combine a few drops of Lemongrass Essential oil with your favourite carrier oil to make your own massage oil. We suggest our Sweet Almond #215. Ideal for post workout to massage into muscles.

Aromatherapy
Use in you diffuser to enjoy the refreshing scent of Lemongrass. For an energy boosting diffuser blend combine it with 3-4 drops each of Orange Sweet #105 and Peppermint Arvensis #107. For a bug banishing diffuser blend add 3 drops of Lemongrass, 3 drops of Tea Tree #109 and 2 drops of Lavender #102.

Household
Dilute Lemongrass Oil with distilled water in a spritzer bottle for a quick and easy homemade air freshener.

Lemongrass Essential Oil is phototoxic, meaning that it can cause skin sensitivity and over pigmentation of the skin when exposed to sunlight after using the oil. We recommend that you avoid being exposed to sunlight directly after using the oil and diluting it at 0.6% if you wish to use it topically.

Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
