Jam packed with healthy optimising properties, this premium, pure essential oil is wonderful for aromatherapy. Fir Needle Essential Oil has a distinctive, recognisable scent, it is often said to smell like Christmas trees.

How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Use Organic Silver Fir Needle in your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the woody and uplifting aroma.
Create your own refreshing essential oil blend for your diffuser by blending Fir Needle with citrus oil like Lemon #103, Orange #105 and Mandarin #154 and bring the feeling of nature inside.
