How to use
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 2% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Massage
When diluted with a carrier oil, you can use Fennel Oil to enhance the benefits of massage. Fennel is very potent so ensure you dilute it appropriately. We love Sweet Almond #215 and Grapeseed #210 for the base oil.
Aromatherapy
Add Organic Fennel to your diffuser to help clear the mind and boost focus. Combine with your favourite essential oils to create your own blend.
Household Products
Use Organic Fennel in your homemade lotions, balms, massage bars, creams and body butters.
