How to use
Bath Soak
Add 1-2 cups of Epsom Salts to a normal sized bath and soak for at least 12 minutes.
Foot Soak
Pour half a cup into a large bowl or warm water and soak your feet for around 10 minutes.
Exfoliate
Epsom Salts can be used as a gentle exfoliator. You can combine the Epsom Salts with a carrier oil to make your own exfoliating oil. We love Coconut Virgin Oil #203 or Jojoba Golden #233.
Post workout
Ease away the post workout aches with a relaxing Epsom Salt Bath. Add 2 cups to running water. Why not add a carrier oil and an essential oil for the ultimate post workout bath?
