How to use

Relaxation

• Fill your bathtub with warm water.

• Add a generous handful (or the whole pack for a full-bath experience) of the bath salt and swirl the water to help dissolve the salts and disperse the citrus aroma.

• Sprinkle in the dried marigold flowers for a gentle floral touch.

• Sink in, breathe deeply, relax and soak for 20–30 minutes.

• For best results, make the environment serene: dim the lights, light a candle or play soft music, and let the citrus-flower aroma calm your mind and soothe your body
